RETURNS & EXCHANGES (within the United States orders)

  • Items must be new/unworn, with no visible signs of wear.
  • Items must be returned in original packaging with tags attached.
  • Items must not be customized (example: initials on a hat or a custom-made item not part of our collection).

RETURN ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

To qualify for a size exchange or store credit:

  • Items must be new/unworn, with no visible signs of wear.

FINAL SALE ITEMS (Not Eligible)

The following are final sale and not eligible for exchange or store credit:

  • Sale items
  • Any order purchased using a discount code, promotional code, or influencer code
  • Purchases made during promotions
  • Pre-order items (made-to-order and hand-stitched specifically for you)

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • International customers must return items using their own shipping method.
  • We are unable to provide return labels for international returns at this time.

HOW TO START A RETURN / EXCHANGE

Email admin@shoptipsythreads.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Whether you would like store credit or a size exchange

Please also include a note inside your return package with your preference (store credit or size exchange) so our warehouse team can receive correctly.
