White Palm - Greer Hat

In May of 2024, just three days before celebrating her third birthday, sweet Greer Bailey’s world changed forever when she was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). What followed were nine difficult months in and out of Children’s Hospital, filled with treatments, uncertainty, and a kind of bravery far beyond her years.

Then came a moment her family will never forget: on Day 29 of treatment, Greer received the incredible news that she was in remission. But remission was not the end of the journey. It marked the beginning of two and a half more years of continued treatment to keep pushing her further into healing.

Through 10 months of intense chemotherapy, Greer faced every challenge with incredible strength and resilience. Even on the hardest days, she continued to shine with a joyful spirit that inspired everyone around her. She will continue oral chemotherapy and additional treatments through her port until July of 2026 as she bravely continues her fight.

“This journey has taught us how to fight. It has shown us what true bravery looks like, and it has proven over and over again that Greer is a fighter. We are so proud of her,” Kaleigh, Greer’s mother, says.

And if you know Greer, you know she fights with joy.

When Greer came to visit our warehouse in March, she brought that same light and strength with her. She carefully picked out every detail of her custom hat such as the color to the braid, every little touch that made it feel like hers. Watching her excitement throughout the process made this project incredibly special to us.

Once her hat was finished, we photographed the sweetest images of Greer and her friend wearing their hats on her grandmother’s dock at Lake Martin, which is how I know Greer.

There could not have been a more perfect way to introduce something we’ve been so excited about: kids’ hats !!!!!

Our white palm and natural palm hats are now available in kids sizing, and launching them in honor of Greer feels exactly right. She represents grit, courage, joy, and strength in the most beautiful way.

We’re also incredibly excited to share that 20% of profits from the Greer hat will be donated directly to Greer’s family. Being able to support them in this way means so much to us, and we are honored to be a small part of Greer’s story.
